………Hi, I’m Lee.
For the past 2 years since moving back to London I’ve helped numerous people achieve their health and fitness goals by increasing their muscle strength and definition, decreasing their body fat levels and enabling them to feel confident in their own skin.
As a former business insight specialist I built my training plans to maximise the time I spent in the gym to make the MOST amount of progress in the LEAST amount of time.
I’ve developed this methodology and currently use it with my clients who lead busy lives in the city, ranging from brokers to lawyers to students, to get their results fast and enjoy the benefits of a healthier body.
