I was 15 years old when I first entered a gym, and from that day I was hooked. Growing up in an all-boys high school as a skinny kid with bad acne issues, it’s not hard to imagine why I had some problems with confidence during this time. Working out became a way for me to change my self-image and take control back over my confidence. Every time I hit a new training goal, I built a new level of belief in myself and my abilities. Through this process I quickly began to realise the endless benefits regular exercise can hold for someone, not only for the body but also for the mind.
I care about my clients and there’s nothing more important to me then helping somebody realise their true potential through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. It is my ultimate passion and aim to learn as much as I can regarding health & fitness practices in order to become one of the best personal trainers in the industry at helping people break through the limitations they set themselves and raise the bar on what they are capable of. I think of each day as a new opportunity study the latest research, gain more qualifications and interact with all kinds of new clients who bring specific challenges that help me grow as a trainer.

My programs are designed to use a hybrid of training systems that will challenge you in new and exciting ways that go beyond just sitting on a fixed resistance machine banging out reps. By promoting bodyweight control, agility and strength, in order to develop all round athleticism, they put emphasis on building a body that performs as good as it looks.
