My mission is helping clients to feel healthy and confident in their bodies. To achieve this I apply skills in coaching and personal training.
Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all affair. Each individual is different in their physique, previous injuries, current physical capabilities, fitness levels, goals and preferences. Therefore, I design a targeted programme, a workout as unique as each client. Through a combination of strength training with aerobic and stretching exercises these programmes assist you to address any muscle imbalances that could result in chronic pain and injuries with time.
I am committed to your dream the same way I have always been dedicated to fitness in my own life. I used to play volleyball and do gymnastics as a teenager, later I began to engage with martial arts, first Karate – where I obtained a brown belt – and now Kung Fu and Qi Gong.
