Exercise and fitness is my life and my passion. Ever since I was old enough to be involved in sports and exercise I have been, from competing in athletics and playing rugby for my school. As soon as I was old enough to join a gym I have never looked back and now it’s my life, I love being in the gym and working in the gym has never felt like work to me. My one true passion in all aspects of my life is helping people and this is my highest priority and why I chose personal training as my career, to do a job I love and help people at the same time is perfect for me. All clients receive all the training and knowledge i have to offer, from individual training programs, dietary and weight advice, to receiving a wide range of different training methods and exercises to help you reach your goals, become more knowledgeable about your own body and nutrition but more importantly to have fun.
