My background is in personal, leadership and career coaching in the business world. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer. I have adapted my approach to cater for the heath, fitness and wellness arena. The approach is based on a coaching rather than training model. A coach will work with the client to change their thought patterns and behaviours to build confidence in the client’s internal motivation and thinking, to create permanent change. Training only works for the duration that you continue to do it. Good coaching will create changes for life….
