Health, performance and human movement have been the basis of my work as a personal trainer and performance coach. My specialty in health is prevention and recovery of lower back pain and neck pain, through the best medicine: exercise.

I have worked on different areas, such as rehab of injured football player and of people with Spinal Cord Injuries, and physical exercise in people with different pathologies.
My experience has showed me that individualization is the most important in training.
