Welcome to Over the Wall Training in Medway and surrounding areas where we will push your limits and get you Over The Wall. Our aim is to give you a unique fitness experience, personalised around you, where will we train you using the most up to date training methods and techniques. We offer you the knowledge you need to achieve your goals and sustain them. You will have our full support in every aspect while we are taking you through your personal training journey. Our job as a Personal Trainer Team is finding out what works for you and channelling your energy through a range of training techniques that will help you achieve your goals. There are many packages available to you and all your training sessions will be tailor made with your specific goals in mind. You can decide whether to workout at your home, in the fresh air or at our headquarters; there is a variety of equipment from Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Sandbags to Bulgarian bags, Suspension/Bodyweight and much more all designed to give you a fun, dynamic, powerful workout. We want to help you combine Positive Mental Attitude with your physical ability to get the best results you can achieve. The 3 e’s are incorporated into what we will do: Energise Educate Elevate I started Over The Wall Training to enable others to reach their fitness goals in a multitude of ways, not just to enable you to look how you want to, but also to feel amazing too – healthy lifestyles are a combination of different areas. I like to run regularly, do OCR events, play football, bike and enjoy a whole host of other sports. I am a Holistic Personal Trainer who once was overweight and unfortunately for me I had a nickname of “Chubalino”, which I was determined to get rid of… I have been on a long path to get where I am and I will continue to strive to my goals, so it makes it easier to help you in yours. I believe in nurturing the inner person, which will maximise your goals and physical ability, through Circuit Training, Functional Training and many other variations of exercise…. ….as well as looking at other areas such as Sleep Hygiene, Diet and Nutrition and Physiology of the body. I have qualified in the Diploma in Personal Training REPS Level 3 with Advanced Sports & Exercise Nutritional Advisor Diploma which gives me the understanding to further educate, energise and elevate those that I work with.
