I am a certified level 3 personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. I work closely with my clients who have various levels of fitness this includes serving soldiers, professional and amateur athletes in one to one or group exercise sessions, using the best of my knowledge and experience to help them achieve their goals.
I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and include it as a priority in my own everyday lifestyle. I’m passionate about helping people change their lifestyle for the better and pass on my knowledge as much as possible to help my clients.
Fitness is important and very beneficial, however, I feel it’s something we should all be able to enjoy. My aim is to create a positive and fun experience during my sessions.
I train people out of various MMA/Grappling gyms but I use Arena gym in Colchester for strength and cardio training my clients, however being a serving soldier I’m also keen to take the sessions outside in green spaces and along running tracks and routes should my client wish to do so.
Strength and conditioning , Olympic Lifts , Greco Roman /Asian Wrestling , Kettlebell , Complex training , diet and nutrition , boot camp style training , Game/fight/competition prep for athletes.
