I have been active in sports since early age through running clubs, and county level. I got injured which put me out of sports for awhile which made gain 4 stone in weight. I decided to join a gym and get back into my fitness I never looked back I lost 4 stone and again found that I loved sports I achieved my goal in becoming a personal trainer for my own fitness and to be able to motivate clients so they to can reach there. goals and motivate them in showing them through hard work andhealthy lifestyle and that is why I became a personal trainer currently based at gym group in Shirley I also help out the women’s boxing club in Birmingham with there fitness and conditioning
