Hi, I am a personal trainer and health recovery coach, based in West London with over 12 years experience in the fitness and wellness sector.
Qualified Level 3 Personal trainer and NHS Recovery Coach, specialist in therapeutic intervention for health and wellbeing for overcoming illness/injury and NLP coach of the year 2016 with the Coaching Academy.
I will enable you to overcome any health challenges you may have, in order for you to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. I believe strongly in a holistic approach to health.
When I work with clients, I find that often the barriers faced to achieving physical fitness or motivation to exercise begin in the mind – I aim to address these barriers as part of my Coaching and training.
How I work;
I offer two main services:
Personal Training: My personal training (PT) programmes are tailored to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I also offer optional nutritional planning advice with my PT sessions, as I believe that diet is inextricably linked to health and fitness.
Health Recovery Coaching: In addition to PT sessions, I also specialise in Health Recovery Coaching (HRC). I use a range of techniques as part of my HRC sessions, including exercise and fitness training, NLP coaching and nutritional advice.
Offering you a friendly, tailored approach with extensive experience in personal training, health recovery coaching and in helping clients to achieve their fitness goals.
I am personable, friendly and empathic and I aim to establish a connection with every person I work with and to fully understand your situation and fitness goals.
