Hi, my name is Mish and I work as a personal trainer in central London in The Gym group. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals as well as groups and helped them achieved their goals. I like to consider myself more as a life coach rather than just a trainer and based my work with my clients on creating professional relationship and make training their lifestyle. My work with clients is lot based on my experience as I went through fat loss myself therefore I can relate to them on another level.
