I have set up Ultra Figures to help individuals such as yourselves with your health and fitness goals.
This might include weight loss, toning up, specific running goals, training through pregnancy, increasing general fitness and wellbeing or looking good in the mirror.
Whatever your short or long-term goal may be, I make sure it’s achievable and, more importantly, that it’s achieved. Bespoke programmes will be individually designed for each client.
For a client, who want to lose weight I use the training philosophy which is focused on metabolic fat burning. High-intensity intervals with short recoveries.
I offer one on one personal training sessions or sessions with couples.
The personal training sessions will be offered at the nearest park/common or in the comfort of your own home. Cardio, circuits, core stability, intervals, resistance training and strength & conditioning will be part of the workouts.

Skills and Qualifications
CYQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing , QCF Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training , CYQ Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Trainer*** currently taking , Diet and Nutrition Advisor , Pre and Post Natal Nutrition certificated through Association of Nut
