My training style has been described by my clients as tough but fun – you’ll leave feeling like you’ve had a good workout but I can promise you’ll enjoy it! I like to keep my workouts varied as your body needs to be kept challenged and together we will set goals for us to work towards to ensure you keep motivated.

I’ve worked with clients of all ages and abilities and always tailor our workouts to fit your needs and goals; my priority is ensuring you feel comfortable in our sessions and leave feeling more knowledgeable and confident about your workouts.

As a mobile trainer I am happy to come and train you in your home or you are welcome to come to mine.
