I specialise in strength and conditioning and I am also a SST Specialist (Sport Specific Training). My experience ranges from weight management to event prep all the way to bodybuilding and muscle mass and strength.
My philosophy regarding training is transferred to all my clients, this then changes my clients overall view of training, in short not only do my clients physical appearances change and become more refined and sharp but my clients’ mentality also becomes more refined and sharp.
