With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry I have worked with many clients in a number of different environments from homes to parks to gyms. This has forced me to think on my feet to still deliver motivational, safe, effective sessions sometimes with little or no kit.
My sessions are adaptable to suit you and your goals.
