Over 9 years experience working in fitness and sport in the UK and overseas. I am passionate about training people and helping them achieve their goals. I am also passionate about my own development as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.
Alongside training my clients:
I currently lecture at Blackpool and the Fylde college on the strength and conditioning module for sports science students.
I am a co-founder and lead coach of the only licensed British weightlifting club within 18 miles.
I also work with Fleetwood rugby union club 1st and 2nd team delivering sports specific training such as sprint training, agility training, plyometrics and strength training working alongside the tactical coach to improve the teams performance.
