I have been a personal trainer for 10 years in both Australia and London. During that time I have helped people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and fitness goals. I have a great interest in fitness, having played many sports and attended the gym from a young age. I get great satisfaction from assisting clients achieve results and what this does for them in terms of confidence and better lifestyle choices.
The Phil Greville method keeps sessions fun, varied and interesting and includes HIT, body weight training, TRX and more. Most importantly I like to ensure the program is tailored towards my clients’ goals, so they can achieve the maximum results possible. I don’t like the ‘one size fits all approach’. I believe the more varied the program the better the results – it doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective! You can be assured that you will want to come back for more after each session!
I can do sessions in the comfort of your own home, in a park or a studio environment and have experience in group training also.
