One of my specialities is circuits and HIIT training, this type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and continues to burn fat long after the workout is over. HIIT training has proven to be a more enjoyable form of exercise and so people are far more likely to stick to their training. Scientists have also found that you can get the same, if not better, results in half the time of low-intensity workouts.
