I am primarily interested in lifestyle change as opposed to short term fads. As a coach, I have an holistic approach to my training and focus on exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress because they all have an impact on the way our bodies look and how we feel. I love to see the change in my clients over the time we work together, it’s very rewarding and I hope to positively impact as many people as I can.
