Hi, my name is Randeep Sanghera. I am a passionate, self-motivated individual continuously aspiring to better myself and achieve everything I set my mind to. My interest in sports and fitness has stemmed from a very young age of four when I first started playing cricket. Over my cricket career, I have performed at a high level, representing Middlesex CCC along with being a part of the IPL team (Kings XI Punjab) squad. To achieve this, it was necessary for me to possess professionalism, discipline and dedication.
During my career I have been trained by some of the biggest names in the sporting world. I have picked up valuable knowledge and training techniques from them, whih sets me apart from all other personal trainers. I use all this experience to help my clients achieve superior results every time. I am also a level 3 REPS qualified personal trainer.
I specialise in fat loss, body building, strength training, functional training, toning and firming, body composition and event training. Every client of mine has their own tailor made programme with nutritional advice, specific to their goal for guaranteed results.
I have my own training facilities, so I provide true 1:1 personal training sessions without any distractions and without the pressure of working out in the public.
