Fitness has always been my passion from a young age as I have always been active and into sports.
I enjoy power lifting and body building type of training. Multi joint exercises and functional training that require you to use your core.
I treat every client differently, recognising that what works for 1 person may not work for another and I believe health and fitness results can be reached through hard work, smart training and determination.
I have over 9 years of training experience and through those years I have learnt a lot about training and nutrition that would enable me to design you a structured program that will help you get results in a very efficient and safest way as possible
My background in training will help you build your overall body strength, body composition, and confidence, simply and effectively. If you wish to train for a specific sport, take your training to a different level or have just started training, using my years of training experience will push you through your sticking points with ease and help you progress rapidly
