As a teenager I struggled with weight problems. I was never the ‘sporty’ type, but when I left school I found that using the gym was an enriching and invigorating experience that gave me the drive to achieve more and more. After trying every class available, I decided one day I’d like to help others do what I had done; Lose weight, tone up, and gain a massive boost in energy and confidence. Eventually, in 2009, that day came, and I decided it was time to qualify as a personal trainer and start Genesis personal training in Thame, Oxfordshire. I myself find and achieve goal after goal year after year, in fitness and in general life. If you have a weakness, don’t ignore it. Attack it. One thing I could never do very well was run for much longer than ten minutes at a time. However, since 2011, I have run several 10k charity runs, and I ran my first half marathon in 2012. I can work with you to help you achieve these goals too. Now I am ready for my next challenge: One day I will run the London marathon.
