If you a runner? You’ve landed on your feet. I uses the 400m track at Battersea Millenium stadium to get runners up to speed.
There is also a decent gym in the Battersea stadium for strength, toning and general fitness work to balance our Battersea client’s training programs.
It would be silly not to utilise the outdoor space in this area and I have specialised sessions around the park making the most of the open space. If your focus is on outdoor training I can create genuinely effective workouts, better than just waving a pair of small dumbells around!
