Rolandas is a London personal trainer, as well as a natural bodybuilder. He has more than 17 years experience, and can help you with weight training, body sculpt (tone up), nutrition, weight loss, sports conditioning, weight management, and health related personal training.
He is a London YMCA’s level 3 personal trainer, plus he also has qualifications from the Lithuanian Bodybuilding Federation. This is part of the International Federation of Body Building – IFBB), which means that Rolandas is qualified also to train competitive level bodybuilders.
Rolandas has also qualified to be an advanced YMCA personal trainer, specifically in sports conditioning. This allows him to work on conditioning for different sports athletes.
