Hi. I’m Ross. A Level 3 REPS registered Personal trainer. I have been involved in sports along health & fitness from a young age. These were rugby to which I played at a Semi-professional Level. Also Martial Arts, to which I am still active and competitive in. The disciplines are Muay-Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
I understand and know first hand what it is like to struggle, when trying to reach a goal/s. As lots of barriers present themselves, such as work, time and family along with many others.
With my knowledge and expertise, these obstacles can and will be overcome. Your goal/s will become my goal/s. My training methods include the use of Free Weights, Bodyweight, Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Circuits and Complexes.
