I am a highly motivated and pro-active sport/fitness enthusiast, who has participated in a range of disciplines from a young age. I am a fun loving, hard working, kind and fair person who enjoys working with people from all walks of life.
When Personal Training, I believe that I specialise in improving sport performance with my clients as I worked for many amateur/ semi pro sports teams and clubs in sports such as Football ,Rugby, Tennis, Weightlifting, Hockey, Netball ,Basketball and Swimming. I try not to limit myself with just this clientele and have therefore also worked with clients with goals of weight loss and toning, improving general health and fitness ,musculoskeletal problems and even worked in cases of mental health to help my clients, Working with clients and members of the public is my life’s passion and I believe this to be the job to which I am best suited for as I enjoy helping People to achieve their goals.
I tailor all my training programs around you (the client), which means that every one of them is different and that your targets & goals are the highest priority when working with myself as your trainer.
