A runner for more than 25 years, I’m now a veteran (age 40 ) marathon and ultra-marathon runner. I’m also a mother, an artist, music teacher, and writer and I believe strongly in whole-person well-being. Hence my philosophy of a healthy mind in a healthy body being paramount to all areas of my life and work.
Everyone has the right to discover the joy of being active in their bodies, right where and as they are – and to find ways of becoming the healthiest versions of themselves that they can – and want – to be.
This belief is at the heart of my approach to personal training. It’s what it says it is: personal.
