Hi, firstly I’d like to introduce myself my name is Samuel and I’m one of Personal Trainers based at LA Fitness Holborn.

As a Trainer my aim is to share my passion and guide members, like yourself to a healthier lifestyle, incorporating both training, nutritional advise and most importantly the motivation and support that you need to keep on track of your fitness goals.

I’ve been a certified Personal trainer for 1 and half years now however I have worked within the fitness industry working as group exercise instructor, fitness instructor, gym manager and at bootcamps and circuits. I trained originally as a professional dancer and whilst travelling in the US I picked up a selection of training regimes that have shaped my style as a trainer.

I have experience working with different categories of people, those looking to loose weight and tone up, those recovering from injury, those training specifically for events and those who want a more active lifestyle. For me it is developing a healthy relationship with nutrition and working out which aids results.

Fitness shouldn’t be a chore so I also like to keep things fun with my sessions always developing new ideas and exploring fitness trends.
