I did not become a personal trainer for the love of money but because I love how it feels to see someone reach their goals and realize there full fitness potential. I do all I can to ensure my clients feel better about their body image as a whole, gain confidence to train alone and most of all to see great results. I am an expert at motivating others and if you say “I can’t ” I will always find a way to prove “you can”
I already see a variety of clientele in the South East area and have gained a broad amount of knowledge due to my clients having such varied abilities, strengths and weaknesses. I am fully qualified and insured to train in your home or outdoors.
I have come to find that finding a personal trainer is just like finding a good partner, you need to be able to communicate your needs openly, feel comfortable to say when you are not happy,be honest about your faults, full of laughter and feeling supported and motivated to achieve your goals.
