I have always had a passion for sport and regularly compete in OCR events and have a passion for football and I was also once a street dancer.
After studying for around 2 years, I have taken the time to understand the health and fitness industry and gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience.
By choosing me as your trainer you will not just be advised on training, I will show you the correct techniques, alternatives and ways to improve, as well as a whole heap of information on lifestyle changes you can make to become a better you.
I am a great believer in “Every finish line is the start of a new achievement” and as such encourage my clients to not look back but forward.
