The sport had been my best friend for most of my life until I moved to Japan in 2005. My lifestyle in Japan was based on long working hours so I began decreasing the time I dedicated to myself and focussed on my career. In that time I developed lots of bad habits, silly things such as always carrying my bag on my right shoulder, sitting in front of the computer arching my back, etc. I started having physical problems even though I was trying to stay fit by doing bodyweight exercises at home.
Then I remembered what my football coach use to say me when I was 11 years old: “take care of your body Sebastian, is the only place you have to live”.
So I began the journey to try to understand what was going on in my body and in the little spare time I had I started studying anatomy, the anatomy of the exercise, biomechanics of movement and physiology. I stopped just doing exercises and I started doing the right exercises. I’ve been able to clear all the imbalances in my body and I have given myself an excellent quality of life. The right posture and movement pattern, mobility and flexibility, good quality of sleep and amazing moods. I started being a new person. I’ve decided to share my knowledge with family and friends, helping them to make smalls but good changes in their lives, of course for free. Seeing some good results I then decided, after moving to the UK, to leave my successful restaurant manager career and help more people to change their lives for the better by becoming a Personal Trainer.
