I have worked in the Fitness industry for over 10 years. I first started working as a Fitness Instructor but I believe it was beneficial to develop my skills and knowledge and so quickly progress to a personal trainer and Group Exercise Instructor where I teach a variety of fitness classes.
I am very passionate about health and fitness and I believe investing in and looking after your body is key to living a long, healthy and happy life.
For me, imparting to you how much you matter, is: focusing on 1-2-1 and small group training sessions and helping you reach your goals and your true potential by designing workouts which are specifically based on your individual fitness needs/goals. The programs are monitored and evaluated on a regular basis to ensure optimal results are achieved.
I like to encourage others to lead a healthy and active lifestyle whilst having a positive attitude towards fitness.
