Siobhan set up the company ‘expecttoexercise’ in 2010, which focused on pre / post natal fitness and beyond. She finally merged the business into that which is now Switch Fitness and Wellbeing; finally being able to expand the business to uniquely cover female fitness from pregnancy to high intensity training for body fat reduction.
Siobhan gained a BA(Hons) in Dance and Choreography with following roles in performances’ such as West Side Story. Moving on from the dance world, she expanded her work into personal training, experiencing training methods from Olympic weight lifting, pilates, triathlons and more.
Siobhan has a vast portfolio of clients from models, Lords, Lady’s, global head of businesses, TV presenters.
Siobhan believes that there is more to training and nutrition than the style ‘go hard of go home’.
Merging her knowledge and experience of class programming, personal training experiences, nutrition and lifestyle for females, Siobhan has devised a uniquely different gym concept that provides females with more than just a gym membership.
