I have a background of ballet and contemporary dance and the knowledge I have gained from my sport has driven my passion to assist others in reaching their full physical potential. I get a thrill from watching my clients achieve their goals and knowing I have been a part of this process is enough of a reward. I push my clients to their limits and this shows in the results achieved- one of my clients has lost 3% body fat in under a month and feels as though she has lots more energy and strength than before she started training! Working out can be fun and I try to make this happen each session so my clients can go home feeling happy and refreshed knowing they are one more step closer to achieving that goal. Based in London
