I started my career in fitness after a period suffering from back pain inspired me to take action and so I entered the London Marathon. I had always loved watching it on tv and thought it would be the perfect target for me to aim for and hopefully get rid of my back pain. I got in, ran it and was so elated when I crossed the finish line that I wanted to be able to inspire others to do things they had only previously dreamt of. If I could do it, anybody can! I left my job soon after and trained to become a Personal Trainer. I got experience working in gyms and then set up my own business as a PT at the start of 2006 and in 2012, I opened my own studio. It is a small place but it allows me to focus solely on my clients and help them get amazing results without any distractions or intimidation of working out in a gym I specialise in helping people look better, move better and ultimately feel better so they can go on and enjoy their life, wear their favourite clothes and do all the things they want to.
