Having started out in the fitness industry in 2010, I qualified with specialities in Speed Training (Sport Specific Training) and Core Stability. This led me to work with amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes in improving their performance by combining the two specialist areas.
Since then, I have been studying the Anatomy and Physiology, and this has led me to having a keen interest in body mechanics in and outside of the gym. This has been utilised in the gym on a practical level as well as in a theoretical level by watching others in the way they carry out exercise/workouts routines.
Having been in the fitness space for several years, actively and inactively Personal Training, I have decided to get back into the industry in an official capacity to embrace my passion and help people change their lives and maintain it for a better overall lifestyle. Having trained in several martial arts, this has led me to incorporate martial art style training into my list of training styles.
Thus, my approach is performance and body mechanic based. I have a very different approach which leads to a longer term improvement of health and fitness, as well as lifestyle changes.
I once cut out junk food, and other unhealthy snacks, cold turkey for a whole year just to test my mental strength after being somewhat addicted to sweets.
