I come from an active background playing touch rugby and various other sports however I haven’t always been fit and healthy! I have come a long way both mentally and physically and would love to motivate and share with you my personal experiences as I am sure many of you can relate to.

I have a strong passion in working with the female population whether it is for body fat loss, lean muscle building, strength training or general fitness. I believe we need to support each other, build confidence and learn to love the bodies we have been blessed with.
