Primarily a financial markets trader, I always struggled to find time to keep fit. Cue my search for a time efficient way to train where I developed a range of high intensity, time efficient workouts which allowed me to maintain peak fitness in the shortest possible time window.
Now a fully qualified L3 personal trainer, I have committed myself to empowering and instructing other time poor people to do the same. Our sessions together certainly wont be easy but they will be effective to hit significant fat loss, toning, CV and general well being.
Sessions will have variety to ensure motivation throughout, and they will specifically target the ‘after-burn’ effect whereby you will continue to burn calories up to 48 hours after the workout for the greatest possible return for your efforts. I will also be on hand to provide healthy eating guidelines to ensure that you are fueled to meet your specific goals.
Whether it be at your local gym, home, office or park there will always be an opportunity to schedule in a session. You are not really paying me to train you, you are paying me to ensure you train. I am the one element which will ensure your consistency, your progression, your goal achievement.
