I used to weigh 19 stone and was the epitome of unhealthy living but after a diagnosis kicked me into gear, I knew it was time to take action and actually stick to it. With the help of a personal trainer I fell in love with fitness and poured everything into my new passion. Now I feel strange on days I don’t train!
