Since qualifying in 2003 I’ve worked with a huge variety of clients, but as a mum I now help other mums with pregnancy exercise and their postnatal recovery. It’s an area hugely under-served in the fitness industry, and one I’m passionate about! And having been through the same time constraints and postnatal struggles myself, I understand how hard it can be.
I visit clients in their homes and have a variety of training methods and equipment to use, including suspension training, ViPR, Boxercise, kettlebells and a battlerope. Not all of these will be suitable for the expectant or new mum though! I also train women who are no longer in the initial postnatal recovery period and are looking to lose weight or get fit.
I’m currently fully booked for personal training, but have a 6 week postnatal course called Restore My Core that has space for new mums (and babies!) every 6 weeks.
