After a long career in the office I decided to retrain as a Personal Trainer 4 years ago and haven’t looked back since. I also have 14 years experience as a fitness instructor teaching various classes at Donyngs in Redhill.
I am passionate about health and fitness and sharing my knowledge and experience with my clients to help them to achieve their goals.
I work with clients in the comfort of their own homes alternatively at mine where i have recently had a gym built in my garden.
I also advise on nutrition and help to make changes to your diet to aid weight loss alongside your exercise programmes.
