I work in a private studio in Chalk Farm. The studio is situated opposite the Round House (a couple minute walk from the tube station), and is within walking distance from Camden and Kentish Town.
I specialise in teaching Calisthenics which is a form of bodyweight training with similarities to gymnastics and cross-fit. I have had over 3 years of experience in personal training and I have helped many clients go from struggling to do press-ups and pull-ups to learning awesome moves such as one-arm press-ups, muscle-ups and handstands.
I also find that, not only for myself but also for my clients, calisthenics is a great method to developing a strong lean physique. This style of training also encourages a lot of movement and body coordination resulting in more calories burned per session.
I also mix in cardio and HIIT through a variety of methods to help clients lose weight and improve their fitness levels. Many of my clients enjoy doing HIIT due to the positive stress relieving hormones produced. I use a combination of kettle-bells, boxing for exercise and circuits to make the sessions fun and action packed.
