I provide circuit training based on a wide range of exercises depending on your fitness, age, and goals. I can also train with you at your gym if you prefer that.
I use some equipment but mainly focus on using own body weight training for every muscle in your body. We can put more attention on any areas of your body or muscle groups depending on your goals.
I can help you with your nutrition and with healthy lifestyle advice.
