A few words about me, Fitness became my life and passion when I was 17.
I became personal trainer to help others to keep fit and live healthy.
I m very supportive and always keep my clients motivated and making sure to give them the extra push to achieve their goals. If I see my clients happy that makes me happy too.
I believe there is no impossible you just have to believe in yourself and never give up.
Diet is also really important , I make sure I give personalised diet plans and nutrition advices to my clients to meet their needs.
I am a competition prep coach, I have done several fitness competitions in the UK and also in Hungary. This is another thing I love to do and very passionate about it. Dedication is the key.
